| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨循证护理在老年下肢骨折患者预防压疮的应用效果.方法 对102例老年下肢骨折患者进行全面评估,按照循证护理的相关步骤制定并实施护理计划.结果 经过循证护理,102例患者均无压疮发生.结论 循证护理能有效的预防压疮发生,提高了护理质量,更好的满足了患者对护理的需求.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effectof evidence-based nursing in prevention of pressure sores in elderly patient with lower limb fractures. Methods 102 patients with lower limb fractures were assessed comprehensively. The care plans were make and enacted based on the relevant steps of evidencebased nursing. Results All the patients did not developed pressure sores after receiving evidence-based nursing. Conclusions Evidence-based nursing can effectively prevent the incidence of pressure sores, enhance quaihy of nursing, and meet the needs for care in patients. |
