布地奈德雾化吸入联合西咪替丁治疗小儿支气管哮喘63例疗效观察

目的 探讨布地奈德雾化吸入联合西咪替丁治疗小儿支气管哮喘的临床效果.方法 选取2007年1月至2010年1月期间收治的126例小儿支气管哮喘患者,将其随机分为观察组与对照组,各63例；对照组给予糖皮质激素、氨茶碱、博利康尼、常规抗感染、平喘及对症治疗处理,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用布地奈德雾化吸入联合西咪替丁治疗.结果 观察组的总有效率为95.24％,对照组为74.60％,两组相比差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组的咳嗽、呼吸困难、喘息及肺部哕音消失时间均明显短于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组消化道症状总发生率为9.52％,对照组为39.68％,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜ 0.05).结论 布地奈德雾化吸入联合西咪替丁治疗小儿支气管哮喘能够明显提高疗效,可有效缓解症状,降低消化道症状发生率.

Inhaled budesonide combined with cimetidine for bronchial asthma in 96 children

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of inhaled budesonide combined with cimetidine treatment for bronchial asthma in children. Methods 126 chindren with bronchial asthma who had been hosptialized from January 2007 to January 2010 were randomly divided into study group and control group, 63 for each group. The control group received glucocorticoid, aminophylline, terbutaline, and routine therapies for infection and symptomatic treatmenl; the study group received inhaled budesonide plus cimetidine in addition to the therapies used in the control group. Results The total effectiveness rates differed significantly between the study group and the control group （ 95.24% vs. 74.60%, P〈 0.05 ）. Duration of cough, dyspnea, and short of breath and time to rale disappearance were shorter in the study group than in the control group （ P〈 0.05 ~ the incidence rates of gastrointestinal symptoms differed statistically between the study group and the control group （ 9.52% vs. 39.68%, P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions Inhaled budesonide combined with cimetidine for bronchial asthma in children can markedly enhance the efficacy, effectively relieve symptoms, and reduce the incidence rate of gastrointestinal symptoms.
