我军眼外伤救治后送体系调查

目的调查分析目前我军眼外伤救治后送体系的运行状况,为进一步完善当前救治后送体系提供参考。方法将2005年1月1日-2009年12月31日在解放军总医院眼科和全军训练伤监测网点11所后送医院住院军人眼外伤资料填入"部队医院军人眼外伤登记表",并录入Excel表格进行统计分析,比较解放军总医院、军区总医院和基层医院眼外伤住院军人分布特征和救治效果的差别。结果解放军总医院眼科能很好地完成体系内和下级后送伤员的救治任务,部分下级医院后送伤员时间偏长,大部分中心医院和驻军医院能完成早期救治任务,有个别医院救治能力偏弱。结论我军眼外伤救治后送体系总体运行良好,但个别军区总医院和基层医院的救治能力需要加强,后送速度需要加快。

INVESTIGATION OF EVACUATION SYSTEM FOR OCULAR INJURY TREATMENT IN CHINESE ARMY

Objective To investigate the present situation of evacuation system for ocular injury treatment in Chinese army, so as to provide the basis for further improving the evacuation system. Methods The data of military ocular injury inpatients from Chinese PLA General Hospital and 11 evacuation hospitals of military training injury surveillance spots were filled in ocular injury registration forms of military hospitals from January 2005 to December 2009, then were typed into Excel and analyzed. Results In General Hospital of PLA, the department of ophthalmology could accomplish the task of treating ocular injury patients both from its own system and from inferior evacuated hospitals. The evacuation time was too long in some inferior hospitals. Some general hospitals of military command had no enough medical capabili- ty for treating ocular injury patients from inferior hospitals. Most central hospitals and military station hospitals could per- form the task of early treatment for ocular injury patients, only very few could not. Conclusion The evacuation system for ocular injury treatment works well in Chinese army, but the medical capability of some military command general hospitals and inferior hospitals should be strengthened, and the evacuation time needs to be shortened.
