蚌埠市2008年手足口病疫情分析

目的对2008年蚌埠市手足口病疫情进行分析,为制定手足口病防治措施提供更加科学合理的依据。方法对2008年报告的本市手足口病病例进行分析。结果2008年我市共报告手足口病病例2711例,年平均发病率为75.66/10万,其中市区报告发病率为117.83/10万,县域报告发病率为60.98/10万,市区高于县域。报病主要集中在5、6、7三个月份,占70.30%;年龄以6岁以下年龄组为主,占95.87%,其中3岁以下婴幼儿占报病总数的81.45%;职业以散居儿童为主,占83.77%;男女性别比为2.11∶1。结论应进一步加强手足口病防控工作,特别是5-7月份,3岁以下婴幼儿的疫情监测工作。

Analysis of hand-foot-mouth disease(HFMD) in Bengbu City in 2008

Objective To analyze the currnt status of HFMD so as to provide a scientific basis for preventing and controling HFMD.Methods The data of patients in 2008 was collected and analyzed.Results A total of 2711 cases of local HFMD were reported in Bengbu City in 2008 with a mean incidence of 75.66/100,000 per year.The rate of the HFMD was higher in rural areas（117.83/100,000）than in urban areas（60.98/lakhy）.These cases occurred mainly from May to July,which accounted for 70.3%;Most of the HFMD patients were below the age of 6,which accounted for 95.8%.The cases below the age of 3 accounted for 83.77%.The ratio of female and male was 2.11：1.Conclusion It is necessary to stregenthen the focus on the prevention and control work of the HFMD,especially the surveillence of the children below age of 3 from May to July.
