中药房(店)的发展及管理工作历史沿革探讨

目的:探讨中药房(店)的发展及管理工作的历史沿革。方法:通过对历代中药房(店)的发展和管理工作的历史沿革进行阐述与分析,找出发展思路与方向,及应重视中药房(店)管理工作的依据。结果与结论:中药房(店)的发展和管理工作虽历经酝酿萌芽期、草创成形期、普及成熟期和充实提高期,有了很大的发展和提高,但与现代中医药事业的发展要求仍然不相适应,重视和加强中药房(店)的管理工作仍是中药工作者努力的方向。

Historical Development and Management of the Dispensary(Drugstore)of TCM

OBJECTIVE:To discuss the historical development and management of the dispensary(drugstore) of TCM.METHODS:Approaches and directions for the development of the dispensary(drugstore) of TCM as well as the basis for the importance attached to its management were pointed out by reviewing the historical development and management of the dispensary(drugstore) of TCM.RESULTS & CONCLUSION:The development and management of the dispensary(drugstore) of TCM has achieved a great evolvement after a historical development from rudimentary stage,innovation forming stage,and universal mature stage to boosting stage,however,it is still lag far behind n the development of modern TCM.Therefore,TCM workers should spare no effort to attach great importance to and intensify the management of the dispensary(drugstore) of TCM.
