微量泵双通道中继在泵入血管活性药时的应用

摘    要:目的探讨当使用微量泵泵入血管活性药物时,避免因更换注射器而造成血压明显波动的微量泵使用方法。方法将180例病人随机分为3组,每组60例,组1为观察组,使用Orchestra组合微量泵中继;组2也为观察组,使用双微量泵联合中继;组3为常规方法对照组,使用一个微量泵。每组均在更换下一组血管活性药物前及更换后测量血压。观察更换药物有无引起明显血压波动。结果2个观察组更换药物前后收缩压对比均无统计学差异(P>0.05);常规对照组更换药物前后收缩压对比有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论微量泵双通道中继在血管活性药物的泵入中的应用,解决了更换血管活性药物时引起血压波动的难题,尤其适用于在较常用微量泵泵入血管活性药的监护室推广应用。

Abstract:Objective To explore the methods for avoiding obvious fluctuation of blood pressure during the change of the injector when pumping the active drugs of blood vessels with a micro-infusion pump. Methods One hundred and eighty patients were divided into three groups. The first group (n=60) was the observation group in which the patients were pumped the active drugs into their blood vessels by the Orchestra micro-infusion pump, with a relay of the active drugs. The second group (n=60) was also the observation group in which the patients were pumped the active drugs into their blood vessels by two micro-infusion pumps. The third group (n=60) was the control group in which the patients were pumped the active drugs into their blood vessels by one micro-infusion pump. For each group, the values of the blood pressure were measured before the change of the next portion of the active drugs, and after the completion of the change. The aim was to observe whether there was an obvious fluctuation of blood pressure when changing the drugs. Results In the two observation groups, patients' systolic blood pressure had no significant difference before and after the change of the drugs (P>0.05). But in the control group, patients' systolic blood pressure had a significant difference before and after the change of the drugs (P<0.05). Conclusions Application of micro-infusion pump with a double-channel relay of the drugs can solve the problem of blood pressure fluctuation caused by the active drugs into blood vessels pumped by a micro-infusion pump when changing the active drugs of blood vessels. It can be widely used in the Intensive Care Unit where the patients often need the pumping of active drugs into their blood vessels by a common micro-infusion pump.
