热毒宁注射液治疗小儿轮状病毒性肠炎的疗效观察

目的:观察热毒宁注射液治疗小儿轮状病毒性肠炎的临床疗效。方法:114例小儿轮状病毒性肠炎患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,治疗组用热毒宁静脉滴注,对照组用病毒唑静脉滴注。结果:在临床疗效方面,治疗组总有效率87.8%,对照组总有效率71.2%,对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组平均疗程(2.88±1.03)d,对照组平均疗程(3.73±1.60)d,对比有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:热毒宁注射液治疗小儿轮状病毒性肠炎疗效显著,值得临床推广。

Therapeutic effect of Reduning injection in infantile rotaviral enteritis

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Reduning injection in treatment of rotaviral enteritis in infants and young children. Methods：114 young children with rotaviral enteritis were randomly allocated to group of treatment and controls. The former received the treatment with Reduning injection and the controls were given intravenous drip of ribavirin. Results：Clinically,87.8% of the patients responded well to Reduning injection and ribavirin was effective in 71.2% of the controls,which was different in statistics（P0.05）. The course of treatment averaged（2.88±1.03）d for the Reduning group and （3.73±1.60）d for the controls,with statistical difference（P0.01）. Conclusion：Reduning injection may produce obvious curative effects on infantile rotaviral enteritis and be worthy of recommendation for wider use in clinic.
