| 摘 要： | 目的研究痛风舒缓胶囊(TFSHC)的抗炎镇痛作用,提供该制剂的临床前研究的部分基础药理学研究资料。方法给昆明种小鼠灌胃同体积生理盐水,布洛芬(35mg/kg),低、高剂量TFSHC(0.33g/kg,1g/kg),连续7d后,通过二甲苯所致的小鼠耳廓肿胀炎症模型,观察TFSHC的抗炎作用;通过热板法和醋酸扭体法观察TFSHC的镇痛作用。结果与模型组相比较,TFSHC能显著抑制二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀(P<0.05),提高热板法所致的痛阈值(P<0.05)和减少醋酸所致小鼠扭体次数(P<0.05)。结论 TFSHC具有一定的抗炎镇痛作用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Tongfengshuhuan Capsules(TFSHC).Methods Kunming mice were intragastrically administered with normal saline,ibuprofen(35 mg/kg),low and high doses of TFSHC(0.33 and 1 g/kg) for 7 days.At 7th day,the effects of Tongfengshuhuan on anti-inflammation and analgesic were observed.Two toluene mouse ear edema inflammation model was used to observe the anti-inflammatory effects of TFSHC.The hot-board and the acetic acid-induced twisting methods in mice were established to investigate the analgesic effects of TFSHC.Results Compared with the model group,TFSHC could significantly improve the ear edema(P<0.05),increase the pain threshold(P<0.05)and decrease the writhing times(P<0.05).Conclusion TFSHC has significant anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects. |
