止嗽散合三拗汤加减治疗感冒后咳嗽30例

目的]观察止嗽散合三拗汤加减治疗感冒后咳嗽的临床疗效。方法]对我院2010年3月至2011年3月之间收治的感冒后咳嗽患者60例,随机分为两组,对照组采用常规的西医治疗,而治疗组主要采用止嗽散合三拗汤加减进行治疗,比较两组的临床效果。结果]通过比较分析,观察组的治疗效果明显优于对照组,其中观察组的总有效率为96.70%,而对照组总有效率为83.30%。结论]采用止嗽散合三拗汤加减治疗感冒后咳嗽的临床疗效明显优于常规的西医临床疗效。

Zhisou Powder and Three Ao Decoction in Treating Cough After Cold 30 Cases

Objective]To observe Zhisou powder and Three ao decoction for treatment of colds cough.Methods]60 cases of cough in patients admitted to hospital in March 2010 to March 2011 after a cold,randomly divided into two groups,control group with conventional Western medicine treatment,while the Zhisou powder and Three ao decoction for treatment,the clinical effects of two groups were compared.Results] Comparative Analysis of the therapeutic effect of the observation group was significantly better than the control group,the total efficiency of the observation group was 96.70%,while the control group,the total efficiency of 83.30%.Conclusion]The clinical efficacy of Zhisou powder and Three ao decoction Treating colds,cough was significantly superior to conventional Western medicine clinical efficacy.
