空心钉联合阔筋膜张肌髂骨瓣治疗移位股骨颈骨折

目的空心加压螺钉联合缝匠肌髂骨瓣移植治疗移位股骨颈骨折的疗效观察。方法 1996.4-2010.1对有移位24-60岁股骨颈骨折患者68例,采用切开复位,平行打入2枚中空加压螺钉固定,带阔筋膜张肌髂骨瓣移植并螺钉固定。结果本组68例均获随访,随访时间1.5-15年,平均6.9年。骨折不愈合6例（6.3%）,股骨头骨坏死4例（5.9%）。结论空心加压螺钉联合带阔筋膜张肌髂骨瓣移植治疗移位股骨颈骨折具有固定牢靠、骨折不愈合、股骨头坏死率低等优点,是值得临床使用的一种方法。

Cannulated screws and tensor fasciae latae pedicle bone grafting in femoral neck fracture

【Objective】 To study the treatment effectiveness of displaced femoral neck fracture by cannulated screws and tensor fasciae latae pedicle bone grafting.【Methods】 68 cases of displaced femoral neck fracture from 24-60 years were treated by ORIF with 2 parallel cannulated screws and tensor fasciae latae pedicle bone grafting in 1996.4-2010.1.【Results】 68 patients were followed up 1.5~15years postoperatively,averaged 6.9 years,union was achieved in 6/68(6.3%),avascular necrosis in 4/68(5.9%).【Conclusion】 tensor fasciae latae pedicle bone grafting with cannulated screws by ORIF is a variable treatment option in displaced femoral neck fracture.
