127例戊型病毒性肝炎临床分析

目的 探讨戊型病毒性肝炎的临床特点.方法 将127例戊型病毒性肝炎患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果 127例患者中以农民和个体经营者为主,在第二季度发病率较高.所有患者以消化道症状为主要表现.非单纯戊型肝炎组的总胆红素水平明显高于单纯戊型肝炎组(P＜0.05),而血清白蛋白及凝血酶原活动度明显低于单纯戊型肝炎组(P＜0.05),但在谷丙转氨酶与谷草转氨酶方面无统计学差异(P＞0.05).有2例患者死亡,其余均治愈好转出院.结论 戊型病毒性肝炎以男性农民和个体经营者多见,大多预后良好,但非单纯戊型肝炎患者更易出现高胆红素血症、低蛋白血症及凝血功能异常.

Clinical analysis of 127 cases of hepatitis E

Objective To investigate clinical characteristics of patients with hepatitis E.Methods We retrospectively reviewed the records of 127 cases of patients with hepatitis E.Results The farmers and self-employed persons were the majority of the patients.The incidence of hepatitis E was higher in the second quarter of each year.The main manifestations were gastrointestinal symptoms.The levels of total bilirubin were significantly higher in patients with non-isolated hepatitis E than those in patients with isolated hepatitis E(P<0.05),the levels of albumin and prothrombin activity were lower in patients with non-isolated hepatitis E than those in patients with isolated hepatitis E(P<0.05),there were no differences in alanine aminotransferase and glutamic-oxaloacetic transaminase between the two kinds of patients(P>0.05).125 patients were discharged with full recovery,and 2 died.Conclusion The farmers and self-employed persons are prone to hepatitis E.The magority of patients with hepatitis E have favorable prognosis.Patients with non-isolated hepatitis E are more prone to hyperbilirubinemia,hypoalbuminemia and abnormal coagulation function compared to patients with isolated hepatitis E virus infection.
