奎硫平与氯丙嗪对首发精神分裂症患者疗效及认知功能的影响

目的 比较奎硫平与氯丙嗪对首炭精神分裂症忘者疗效及认知功能的影响.方法 将符合CCMD-3精神分裂症诊断标准的52例患者随机分为两组.分别给予奎硫平与氯丙嗪治疗.于治疗前、治疗后第8周分别进行韦氏成人智力测验(WAIS-RC)、威斯康星卡片分类测验(WCST);以阳性症状和阴性症状量表(PANSS)、临床疗效总评量表(CGI)评定疗效、以精神药物剐反应量表(TESS)评定副反应.结果 治疗8周后,两组患者的PANSS,CGI评分均明显减少,差异有显著性(P＜0.01).两组问比较PANSS、CGI评分差异元亚著性(P＞0.05).奎硫平组认知测验成绩普遍显著提高,与氯丙嗪组比较差异有显著性(P＜0.05).结论 奎硫平与氯丙嗪治疗首发精神分裂症疗效相当,奎硫平对认知功能的改善明显优于氯丙嗪.

Effect of Quetiapine and Chlorpromazine on Cognitive Function in First-episode Schizophrenic Patients

Objective To compare the effect of quetiapine and chlorpromazine on the cognitive function in first-episode schizophrenia patients.Methods 52 patients with first-episode schizophrenia by CCMD-3 were randomly allocated to two groups treated with quetiapine or chlorpromazine.WAIS-RC,WCST,PANSS,CGI and TESS were performed before treatment and repeated after 8 week.Results By the end of the 8 weeks,the PANSS and CGI scores of two groups decreased notably(P<0.01).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The cognitive function of patients treated with quetiapine was better then chlorpromazine(P<0.05).Conclusion The curative effects of quetiapine and chlorpromazine were similar.However,quetiapinemay significant improve in cognitive function in first-episode schizophrenia patients.
