| 摘 要： | 目的研究△Np63在膀胱移行细胞癌（TCCB）组织中的表达及意义。方法采用RT—PCR方法对36例膀胱移行细胞癌及10例正常膀胱粘膜上皮组织中／~Np63mRNA的表达情况进行检测和比较。结果28例膀胱移行细胞癌组织（77．78％），1例正常膀胱粘膜上皮组织（10．00％）△Np63mRNA呈阳性表达，膀胱移行细胞癌组△Np63mRNA的阳性率明显高于正常组，蔗异有显著性（P〈0．01）。△Np63mRNA在不同临床分期和病理分级的阳性表达差异无显著性（P〉0．05）。结论△Np63mRNA在膀胱移行细胞癌中高表达，可能与膀胱移行细胞癌的发生有关。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the significicance of the expression of delta Np63 in bladder transitional cell carcinoma. Methods RT-PCR was used to observe delta Np63 mRNA expression in 36 cases of bladder transitional cell carcinoma and 10 cases of normal badder muscosa.
