解剖型T钢板在小儿肱骨上端骨折中的应用

目的：探讨解剖型T钢板在小儿肱骨上端骨折中的应用效果。方法：根据X片测量肱骨骨折近端与骨骺间距离，选用合适T型解剖钢板，将T头端放置近端，避免超过骨骺线，近端选用松质骨全螺纹螺钉环行交叉固定，远端用普通加压螺钉固定，余同常规手术。我院开展使用解剖型T钢板用于治疗小儿肱骨上端骨折需切开内固定病例13例。结果：随访4个月到10个月，无1例出现移位、松动或骨不愈合。已全部取除内固定。结论：解剖型T钢板固定治疗小儿肱骨上端骨折，疗效好。

THE APPLICATION OF ANATOMICAL MODEL T STEEL PLATE ON PROXIMAL FRACTURES OF CHILDREN HUMERUS

Objective To explore the results of applying the anatomical-form T plate on treating children＇s broken upper humerus.Methods ：X-ray was used to determine the distance between the proximal end of the bro- ken humerus and the osteoepiphysis,and the proper T plate was chosen.The T＇s head was fixed at the proximal end without exceeding the osteoepiphyseal line.Then the proximal end was fixed with forcing screws for spongy bones while the distal end was fixed with ordinary forcing screws.And the other operation steps were the same as those of an ordinary operation.In total, T plate was used in treating 13 cases of children＇s broken upper humerus, which needed incising and fixing inside.Results：After a follow-up of as long as 4 to 10 months, no patient had the sign of shifting,becoming loose or not healing.And all the 13 patients have removed the inside fixing equipment.Conclusion：The results of applying T plate for treating children＇s broken upper humerus are good.
