急性心肌梗死并室性心律失常患者血清黏附分子和C反应蛋白水平变化的临床研究

摘    要:目的探讨急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者急性期血清黏附分子和C反应蛋白(CRP)水平变化与室性心律失常发生的关系。方法选取AMI患者58例,将其分为单纯AMI组(A组)和AMI合并室性心律失常组(B组),分别于入院不同时间点抽血查心肌坏死标记物、血清黏附分子和CRP水平,监测入院24小时内心律失常发生的情况,对并其结果进行相关分析。结果B组血清黏附分子和CRP水平明显高于A组(P<0.05),且血清黏附分子和CRP表达水平与心肌坏死标记物、室性早搏Lown分级呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论AMI患者急性期内室性心律失常的发生与血清黏附分子和CRP表达水平有关,血清黏附分子和CRP表达水平越高,室性心律失常的发生就越明显和严重。

Abstract:Objective To explore the relationship between ventricular arrhythmia and serum level changing of adhesion molecule and Creactive protein(CRP) in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI) at acute stage.Methods 58 patients with AMI were divided into AMI group(group A) and AMI meld with ventricular arrhythmia group(group B),the serum level of myocardial necrosis label,adhesion molecule and CRP at different period were detected after hospitalization respectively in two groups,the arrhythmia attacks happening in 24 hours were monitored and analyzed also.Results The serum level of adhesion molecule and CRP in groupB were significantly higher than those of group A(P<0.05).The adhesion molecule and CRP serum level have positive correlation with myocardial necrosis label and ventricular arrhythmia(P<0.05).Conclusion The happening of ventricular arrhythmia was related to the serum level of adhesion molecule and CRP in patients with AMI at acute stage.Arrhythmia happened more significantly and severely with the increasing of the adhesion molecule and CRP serum level.
