| 摘 要： | 本文观察了避孕2号对消化性溃疡的疗效。将40例男性消化性溃疡患者分为两组:一组20例用避孕2号(试验组)1片,睡前口服;另一组20例用20例用甲氰咪胍O.2g每日3次或0.4g,睡前口服(甲氰咪胍组)。经一个疗程6周后,经内窥镜复查,试验组胃溃疡和十二指肠溃疡的治愈率分别为80％和20％,甲氰咪胍组胃溃疡和十二指肠溃疡的治愈率分别为40％和60％。两组胃、十二指肠溃疡的治愈率上的差异在统计学上无意义(P>0.05)。试验组中仅少数现例出现轻微的乳房胀痛和性欲减退。

| Abstract: | The curative effect of contraceptive No. 2 on peptic ulcer was observed in 40 patients, who were divided into group A and group B. Group A was treated with contraceptive No. 2, while group B was treated with cimetidine. The cure rates of contraceptive No. 2 on gastric and duodenal ulcer were 80% and 20% respectively in the group A, 40% and 60% in the group B. There is no significant difference between 2 groups (P> 0.05). There are a little side-effects, for example, asexuality and swell and pain of breasts in the group A, when treated by contraceptive No. 2. |
