磁性附着体活动义齿的临床应用及效果评价

【目的】评价双侧游离端缺失患者采用磁性附着体义齿进行修复的效果。【方法】选择在我院2005-2009年的Kennedy1类牙列缺损患者95例,随机分成3组,经过6个月～5年的电话随访对患者满意度进行测量。【结果】磁性附着体义齿与其它两种修复方法有显著差异。磁性附着体义齿比其它两种修复方法好。【结论】磁性附着体义齿对双侧游离端缺失且余留牙较少患者的修复效果较好。

The clinical application and effects of magnetic attachedment denture

Objective] To evaluate the clinical application and effects of magnetic attachment denture. Method] 95 Kennedy I dentition defection cases from 2005 to 2009 in our hospital were chosen. The subjects were divided into magnetic attachments denture group （n = 33）, cobalt chromium alloy stents demure group （n = 30）, and traditional removable partial denture group （n = 32）. All the cases were followed up for 6 to 60 months. Results] The satisfaction of dentures in retention, masticatory function, comfort and esthetic in magnetic attachments demure group are significantly higher than the two other groups. Conclusion ] Magnetic attachment removable denture is an effective and reliable method in restoration of dentition defect.
