骨不连的常见分型及治疗进展

骨不连、骨折延迟愈合是骨科常见骨折并发症,多种原因所致,造成骨不连的原因分析、病理机制,正确分型、手术及非手术辅助治疗常需多种方法联合应用。Weber-Cech分类对治疗骨不连治疗方法的选择具有重要意义。骨不连的治疗具有挑战性,有待于进一步深入研究。各种内固定物在骨不连的治疗应用中各有所长及缺点。本文对骨不连的常见原因、病理机制、分型及手术固定物的选择等做一综述。

Advances on common classification and treatment of nonunion fracture

Nonunion and delayed union are common complications of osteology, caused by many reasons. Analysising the causes, pathosenesis, classifications, surgery or non-surgery treatment of nonunion depend on the coalition of multiple methods. The classification of Weber-Cech plays an important role in selecting correct method to treat nonunion. However, there are more challenges to treat nonunion, and needs intensified studies. Various internal fixing has its own advantages and disadvantages in the treatment of nonunion. In this article, we intend to review the common reasons, pathosenesis, classifications and fixings of nonunion.
