妇科腔内超声对卵巢粘液性囊腺瘤的诊断价值

【目的】分析卵巢粘液性囊腺瘤的妇科腔内超声表现,探讨妇科腔内超声对卵巢粘液性囊腺瘤的诊断价值。【方法】回顾性分析2006年-2011年42例经病理证实的卵巢粘液性囊腺瘤患者的妇科腔内超声表现,并对诊断符合率进行分析总结。【结果】42例卵巢粘液性囊腺瘤患者中,7例为卵巢单房样囊肿,妇科腔内超声做出提示性诊断5例,诊断准确率71.4%(5/7),其余2例误诊为畸胎瘤;35例为卵巢多房样囊肿,超声做出提示性诊断27例,诊断准确率为77.1%(27/35),另有5例误诊为多房性浆液性囊腺瘤,3例误诊为畸胎瘤。【结论】妇科腔内超声对于多房性粘液性囊腺瘤的诊断符合率要高于单房性粘液性囊腺瘤,仔细分析囊液点状回声的分布特点及房隔的声学特征可能对提高诊断符合率有帮助。

Value of intracavitary ultrasonography in diagnosis of ovarian mucinous cystadenoma

Objective] To assess the value of intraeavitary ultrasonography in diagnosis of ovarian mucinous cystdenoma. The possibility of higher accurate rate of diagnosis was discussed. Methods ]The findings of intracavitary ultrasonography were analyzed in 42 patients with ovarian mueinous cystdenoma proved by operation during 2006-2011, and the diagnostic accuracy was discussed. Results ] In the 42 cases of ovarian mutinous cystdenoma, 7 cases displayed uniloeular cysts, 5 of which were diagnosed accurately by intracavitary uhrasonography and the accurate rate was 71.4%（5/7）, the other 2 cases were diagnosed mistakenly as teratoma; 35 cases displayed multiloeular cysts, 27 of which were diagnosed accurately by intraeavitary uhrasonography and the accurate rate was 77.1% （27/35）, 5 cases were diagnosed mistakenly as multiloeular serous cystdenoma, and the other 3 eases were mistaken as teratoma. Conclusions] Intracavitary uhrasonography is more accurate in the diagnosis of ovarian multilocular mucinous cystdenoma than that of unilocular ones. Careful analysis of the acoustic features of the cystic liquid and septum maybe helpful.
