| 摘 要： | 目的:观察平衡罐疗法对腰肌劳损的疗效。方法:将105例腰肌劳损患者随机分为3组:对照组、拔罐组与平衡罐组,分别采用双氯芬酸钠肠溶胶囊口服、拔罐与平衡罐治疗,观察治疗3周后的疼痛视觉模拟评分与Oswestry指数的变化。结果:治疗3周后,3组的疗效比较,平衡罐治疗组相对于前两组均具有显著的差异(u=2.325或1.987,均P<0.05),而前两组之间无明显差异(u=0.396,P>0.05)。平衡罐治疗组的疼痛视觉模拟评分与Oswestry指数相对于拔罐疗法组与对照组,有显著差异(均P<0.01),而拔罐疗法组与对照组相比,无显著差异。结论:平衡罐疗法是治疗腰肌劳损的有效方法。
