| 摘 要： | 目的探讨三维适形放疗联合希罗达(通用名:卡培他滨)加奥沙利铂(XELOX)方案同期化疗术后复发直肠癌的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2004年1月至2008年1月采用三维适形放疗联合XELOX方案同期化疗的51例术后复发直肠癌患者的临床资料,并分析其疗效和影响预后的因素。结果全组1、2、3年总生存率分别为86.3%、62.7%、25.5%,中位生存时间28.7个月。多因素分析表明,肿瘤复发时间(P<0.000 1)、原发肿瘤T分期(P=0.0018)是术后复发直肠癌患者的独立预后因素。不良反应以手足综合征和消化道反应发生率较高,但多为Ⅰ~Ⅱ度。结论三维适形放疗联合XELOX方案同期化疗术后复发直肠癌疗效明显。肿瘤复发时间、原发肿瘤T分期是影响术后复发直肠癌患者预后的独立因素。
