住院2型糖尿病患者血尿酸水平与代谢综合征的相关性分析

摘    要: 目的 分析住院2型糖尿病患者血尿酸水平与代谢综合征的相关性。方法 以845例住院2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,测定人体参数和相关生化指标。男性和女性分别以血尿酸>420 μmol/L和>360 μmol/L为高尿酸血症。代谢综合征采用中华医学会糖尿病学分会的诊断标准。结果 高尿酸血症组与正常尿酸组的代谢综合征患病比例分别为77.14%和46.35%(P<0.001)。按血尿酸水平的四分位分组,第1至第4四分位组代谢综合征的患病比例分别为32.55%、45.58%、52.38%和70.67%(P<0.001)。按代谢综合征组分1、2、3、4个分为4组,4组的平均血尿酸水平分别为(239.88±6.46)、(277.89±5.00)、(301.38±5.42)和(330.74±7.99) μmol/L(P<0.001)。Logistic回归分析提示校正性别和年龄后,高尿酸血症者的代谢综合征发病风险是尿酸正常者的3.85倍(OR=3.85,95%CI为2.39~6.22,P<0.001)。结论 住院2型糖尿病患者的血尿酸水平与代谢综合征密切相关,高尿酸血症者的代谢综合征发病风险较高。

Abstract:Objective To examine the association of serum uric acid with metabolic syndrome in hospitalized type 2 diabetic patients.Methods A total of 845 type 2 diabetic patients were recruited.Clinical and biochemical parameters were measured.Serum uric acid >420 μmol/L was defined as hyperuricemia in males,and >360 μmol/L in females.The diagnosis of metabolic syndrome was based on the definition of Chinese Diabetes Society.Results The proportion of metabolic syndrome in hyperuricemic group and group with normal serum uric acid were 77.14% and 46.35%,respectively (P<0.001).The proportion of metabolic syndrome of quartile groups based on serum uric acid were 32.55%,45.58%,52.38% and 70.67%,respectively (P<0.001).The concentration of serum uric acid in groups with 1 4 components of metabolic syndrome were (239.88±6.46),(277.89±5.00),(301.38±5.42) and (330.74±7.99) μmol/L,respectively (P<0.001).Logistic regression demonstrated that the risk of metabolic syndrome in hyperuricemic subjects was 3.85 fold of those with normal serum uric acid adjusted for age and sex (OR=3.85,95%CI 2.39 6.22,P<0.001). Conclusions Serum uric acid was associated with metabolic syndrome in hospitalized type 2 diabetic patients,and the risk of metabolic syndrome was increased in hyperuricemic patients.
