腹腔镜在治疗粘连性肠梗阻中的应用体会

【目的】探讨腹腔镜下肠粘连松解术在治疗粘连性肠梗阻中的应用及疗效。【方法】总结对比2000年1月至2008年12月96例粘连性小肠梗阻患者的临床资料，96例中48例行腹腔镜下肠粘连粘连松解术（腹腔镜组）；48例行开腹手术治疗（开腹组）。【结果】腹腔镜组中45例应用腹腔镜成功实施粘连松解术，3例中转开腹。与开腹手术组相比，腹腔镜组肠蠕动恢复快，住院时间短，复发率低。【结论】腹腔镜肠粘连松解术治疗粘连性肠梗阻安全实用，疗效满意，是处理粘连性肠梗阻的有效手段之一。

Application of Laparoscopic Adhesiolysis in the Treatment of Adhesive Intestinal Obstruction

[Objective] To investigate the feasibility and efficacy of laparoscopic adhesiolysis in adhesive intestinal obstruction. [Methods]The clinical data of 96 patients with adhesive .intestinal obstruction who were treated in our hospital from Jan. 2000 to Dec. 2008 were summarized. Among all patients, 48 cases underwent laparoscopic adhesiolysis and the other 48 cases underwent laparotomy. [Results]Forty five cases with adhesive intestinal obstruction were treated successfully by laparoscopic adhesiolysis. Two cases were converted to open surgery. The recovery time of gastrointestinal motility, length of hospital stay after operation and recurrent rate in laparoscopic operation group were less than those in laparotomy＇group. [Conclusion] Laparoscopic adhesiolysis is a safe and effective method for treating adhesive intestinal obstruction.
