超声诊断脾脓肿的临床价值

目的初步探讨超声诊断脾脓肿的临床价值。方法对4例经手术病理或穿刺细胞学证实的脾脓肿患者声像表现进行回顾性分析。结果脾脏脓肿声像图表现：①脾脏增大，回声可增强、增密；②脓肿灶的声像图：病程初期，病变区呈分布不均匀的低至中等回声，与周围脾组织间有一不规则且较模糊的边界；随着病程进展而出现液性与实质性混合回声；病程进一步发展，脓肿形成界限明显的无回声区，壁较厚，内缘不规则，内有散在小点状回声。结论超声诊断脾脓肿方便、易行、可重复性强，对于诊断、鉴别诊断和疗效观察，具有较好的临床价值。

Clinical Value of Diagnostic Ultrasound in Splenic Abscess

Objective To discuss the clinical value of splenic abscess with diagnosis of ultrasound.Methods The clinical materials of 4 cases of such patient who were obtained diagnosis with pathology or cytology were analyzed retrospectively.Results The ultrasonic image of splenic abscess were splenic enlargement,strong echo and density of spleen,un-even,from low to moderate echo of lesion area,irregular edge in early stage.At progressive stage the image was clear margin and no echo area in central with irregular spot echo.Conclusion The ultrasound might have more advantages in diagnosis and differential diagnosis,treatment and curative observation with simple,easy and reduplicative.
