选择性肾动脉栓塞治疗肾脏疾病疗效分析

摘    要:目的:分析选择性肾动脉栓塞治疗肾脏疾病的临床价值。方法:对4例外伤性肾出血患者、7例肾肿瘤患者,采用经皮股动脉穿刺插管行肾动脉数字减影血管造影,根据病变性质行选择性肾动脉栓塞治疗。结果:肾动脉造影明确了出血的部位、程度及相关病变的情况,7例肾出血患者在动脉栓塞后,5例在24h内肉眼血尿消失,2例在栓塞后3d内肉眼血尿消失。4例肾癌患者在栓塞后3~5d左右行肿瘤切除术。结论:选择性肾动脉栓塞治疗肾出血创伤小、并发症少、能最大限度地保护肾功能。肾肿瘤出血栓塞后手术容易剥离,术中出血明显减少,手术时间明显缩短,手术后恢复快,选择性肾动脉栓塞治疗肾出血及肾癌手术前选择性肾动脉栓塞,具有较高临床应用价值。

Abstract:Objective:To Analysis selective renal artery embolization of kidney disease clinical value. Methods:4 cases of renal patients with traumatic bleeding 7cases of renal tumors, using the artery puncturing intubation line renal artery digital subtraction angiography, accordblg to the lesion properties do selective renal artery embolization. Results: Renal arteriography clear the bleeding site degree and the related lesions, 7cases of renal bleeding in patients after artery embolization, 5cases in within 24h urine naked eye disappeared, 2cases in 3 d in the naked eye hematuria disappear,4 cases of kidney cancer patients after embolization in 3-5d or so do tumor resection~ Conclusion :Selective renal artery enlbolizatlon renal bleeding wound small little complication to the maximum protection renal function, renal tumors bleeding after embolization operation easy dissection, intraoperatie bleeding significantly reduced, and the operation time significantly shortened, quicker recovery after surgery, selective renal artery embolization bleeding and kidney cancer before surgery kidney selective renal artery embolization, with high clinical application value.
