| 摘 要： | 目的建立以HPLC法同时测定氨咖黄敏胶囊中对乙酰氨基酚、咖啡因的含量。方法色谱柱C18(250mm),流动相:甲醇-4.2%冰醋酸溶液(3∶7),流速:1.0ml.min-1,检测波长为275nm,进样量为20μl。结果对乙酰氨基酚,咖啡因的线性范围分别为25~200μg.ml-1(r=0.9999)、2~12μg.ml-1(r=0.9998),平均回收率分别为99.8%、100.1%。结论本方法简便、快速、准确、专属性高,可用于氨咖黄敏胶囊中对乙酰氨基酚、咖啡因的含量测定。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for determination of paracetamol,caffeine in Paracetamol,Caffeine,Artificial Cow-bezoar and Chlorphenamine Maleate Capsules.METHODS The chromatographic column was C_(18)(250mm),mobile phase was methanol-4.2% glacial acetic acid solution(3∶7) with flow rate 1.0ml·min~(-1);the detect wavelength was 275nm,the sample size was 20μl.RESULTS The linear ranges of paracetamol,caffeine were 25~200μg·ml~(-1)(r=0.9999),2~12μg·ml~(-1)(r=0.9998),respectively;The average recovery were 99.8%,100.1% respectively.CONCLUSION This method was simple,fast,accurate and specific,which can be used for determination of Paracetamol,Caffeine,Artificial Cow-bezoar and Chlorphenamine Maleate Capsules. |
