| 摘 要： | 目的通过分析我院抗高血压药物的使用情况、为我院今后降压药物药品采购和科学管理提供参考。方法采用DDDs(用药频度)分析方法和处方调阅方法,运用Microsoft execl软件和SPSS10.0版软件,对我院2004年6月-2008年5月抗高血压药物应用情况进行统计分析。结果我院2004年6月-2006年5月与2006年6月-2008年5月两年分组进行对比,钙离子拮抗剂(CCB)应用均为第一名,2004年6月-2006年5月占据DDDs排名第二名的复方制剂在2006年6月-2008年5月降至第6名,2006年6月-2008年5月两年间ACEI类用量明显增多,DDDs排名跃为第二名。联合用药方面,2004年6月-2006年5月单药应用明显多于2006年6月-2008年5月,呈显著差异,P<0.01。两种药物合用,2006年6月-2008年5月多于2004年6月-2006年5月,呈显著差异P<0.05;亚组分析显示,2004年6月-2006年5月以CCB+β-B联合出现频率最高,2006年6月-2008年5月以CCB+ACEI合用出现频率最高。结论钙离子拮抗剂是我院降压药物应用最多的药物,ACEI类药物应用得到了...
