| 摘 要： | 目的：观察枸杞对小鼠造血功能和ＩＬ－１产生的影响。方法：用１００％枸杞浸出液给小白鼠连续灌胃１０ｄ，１次／ｄ，检测小鼠骨髓细胞增殖反应、ＩＬ－１产生。结果：枸杞组对骨髓细胞增殖反应明显增强，与对照组相比有非常显著性差异（Ｐ〈０．０１），而枸杞组ＩＬ－１与对照组相比无显著性差异（Ｐ〉０．０５）。结论：枸杞可促进小鼠骨髓细胞增殖反应，而对ＩＬ－１无明显作用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To research the effect of LC on hemopoietic function of mice and production of IL 1. Methods: After filled stomaches of mice with 100% LC water extract for 10 days, one time every day, the proliferation of bone marrow cells and IL 1 were tested. Results: Proliferation of bone marrow cells enhanced obviously in test group (P<0.01) compared with control group. There's no obvious IL 1 change between two groups (P>0.05). Conclusions: LC could promote the proliferation of bone marrow cells of mice but had no obvious effect on production of IL 1. |
