颅鼻沟通瘤的CT诊断

本文收集14例颅鼻沟通瘤的CT资料,其中9例肿瘤起源于鼻腔,鼻副窦或鼻咽部向颅内扩散,5例系颅内邻近颅底部肿瘤向鼻腔、鼻副窦或鼻咽部侵犯。经颅底(前、中、后颅凹)骨质破坏缺损区。肿瘤病理类型不定,有鼻腔嗅神经母细胞瘤、鞍区肿瘤等。颅内外肿瘤相沟通。CT检查应以冠状扫描为主,CT扫描能明确肿瘤病灶起源显示病变全貌,是这类肿瘤的首选检查,并为临床诊治提供重要依据。

CT Diagnosis of Cranio-Nasal Communicating Tumors

The CT findings of 14 cases of cranio-nasal communicating tumor were evaluated. Nine cases of the tumors were originated from the nasal cavity, paranasal sinuses at nasopharynx, then they extended into the cranial cavity. Five cases were originated from the cranial cavity near the skull base and then they extruded in to the nasal cavity, paranasal sinuses or nasopharynx. The cranio-nasal communication of these tumors, was established through the eroded area of the skull base(anterior, middle and posterior cranial fossa). The pathology of such tumors had different types, including olfactory neuroblastoma from, the nasel cavity, craniopharyngioma from the sella area, etc. Coronal CT scan was very important in the examination. CT scan delineated the over-all view of the lesion, and provided an important information for diagnosis and treatment.
