妇科急症腹腔镜手术360例临床分析

目的:探讨妇科急症腹腔镜手术的可行性、安全性及治疗效果。方法:在全麻下采取常规三孔法置入腹腔镜器械,根据疾病不同采取相应的手术方法,如输卵管切除术、输卵管开窗术、卵巢部分切除术、一侧附件切除术、脓肿切开引流术。结果:所有手术均用腹腔镜顺利完成,平均手术时间(50.2±21.3)min,术后无一例发生并发症。结论:腹腔镜手术治疗妇科急症快速、安全、有效,可作为一种常规手术加以推广。

Clinical analysis of abdominal emergency by laparoscopy in 360 cases

Objective:To explore the feasibility,safety and effect of abdominal emergency by laparoscopy.Methods:According to the diseases,the instruments were installed by three foramina methods after general anesthesia.Various operations,for example,salpingectomy,salpingotomy,partial ovariectomy,adnexectomy and pelvic abscess incision drainage.Results:All cases had been operated successfully with laparoscopy and no complications occurred.Conclusions:Treating the abdominal emergency with laparoscope is safe,effective,...
