| 摘 要： | 用新型非离子水溶性造影剂 Iohexol(Omnipaque)对21例患者作23次脊髓造影,取得了良好的造影效果,仅4例患者发生轻度头痛、头晕,无重大副反应发生。用 Ioheol 作脊髓造影有使用方便、副反应少而轻、造影质量佳等优点。本文就因用含碘造影剂作脊髓造影而发生副反应的原因作了讨论,并对如何正确使用 Iohexol 作脊髓造影作了说明。

| Abstract: | Twenty-three times of myelography were performed on 21 patients with Io- hexol(Omnipaque),which being a new nonionic water-soluble contrast medi- um.Good or excellence myelograms,except three,were obtained.Only four patients had mild headache and none of severe side-effects occurred in our pa- tients.Using Iohexol in myelography had some advantages:convenience in use,fewer and milder side-effects and good quality of myelogram.In this arti- cle,the reason about side-effects resulting from iodine in myelography was discussed.And how to correctively use Iohexol in myelography was explained. |
