前臂游离皮瓣修复口腔颌面部大面积缺损的远期疗效观察

摘    要:目的:总结用前臂游离皮瓣修复口腔颌面部软组织缺损的经验及远期疗效观察。方法:对131例前臂区游离皮瓣修复口腔颌面部软组织缺损病例进行分析,并对37例进行了0.5~18年随访。结果:本组131例成功率99.24%,共吻合动、静脉分别为131条和253条。远期随访观察供区、受区组织恢复良好,部分皮瓣恢复感觉。结论:前臂游离皮瓣是一种多功能的优良皮瓣,适合修复口腔颌面部各个区域的软组织缺损,远期疗效好。

Abstract:Objective:Summarizing experience of repairing oral and maxillofacial defects by forearm free flap and its long-term result. Method:The clinical records of 131 cases of forearm free flap for the oral and maxillofacial reconstruction were summed up and analyzed. Among these, the long-term result of 37 cases, which followed up for 0.5 to 18 years, was evaluated.Result:The forearm free flap had many advantages which accord with the demands of oral and maxillofacial reconstruction. In this group, the overall success rate was 99.24%, 131 arteries and 253 veins were anastomosised. The!long-term result of supply-region and receive-region was satisfaction. The sensation recovery also presented in some cases. Conclusion:The forearm free flap is a multifunction flap with good texture which is suited to repairing soft tissue defects in each oral and maxcillofacial region, and with well long-term result.
