腹腔镜直肠癌根治术(附11例报告)

目的:探讨腹腔镜直肠癌手术的可行性及应用前景。方法:应用腹腔镜为5例行结肠肛管吻合术(Pand’s术),4例直肠结肠吻合术(改良Bacon’s术),2例行Mile’s术。结果:全组无手术死亡病例,未发生脏器损伤。手术时间3.45～5.45h,平均4.30h。术后患者恢复良好,无手术并发症。结论:腹腔镜直肠癌手术创伤小恢复快,但应掌握手术适应证及禁忌证。

The radical resection of rectal carcinoma by laparoscope

Objective:To explore the feasibility of laparoscope on rectal carcinoma. Methods: 11 cases of rectal carcinoma were treated by laparoscope.The procedures involved in Pank's operation( n= 5),modified Bacon's operation ( n= 4),and Mile's operation(n= 2) .Results:Neither death nor organ injury occurred in the 11 cases.The average duration of operation was 4.3h (3.45-5.45h). All the patients recovered without any complication. Conclusion: The rectal carcinoma treated by laparoscope can be carried out because of its advantages of less injury and recovering more quickly, but the indications and contraindications should be grasped.
