中国大陆当今男同／双性爱者心理卫生与相关状况调查

目的:了解中国当今男同/双性爱者的心理与行为,评估干预效果。方法:采用邮寄匿名调查问卷的方式,调查与本项目组建立通信联系并接受健康干预者。结果:共回收有效问卷950份,同性爱80.40%,双性爱19.60%。67.32%经常感到孤独,63.32%感到压抑,34.52%因性取向有过自杀念头,10.63%有过自杀行为。92.84%有口交史,83.47%有肛交史,80.6%最近一年内有吻肛行为,10.42%有拳交行为,37.53%参与过群交,48.42%曾与女性性交。干预后97.1%认为有助于促进心理卫生,94.55%认为有助于提高个人生活质量。结论:在当代中国,尽管学界对gay/Bi的观念有了很大改变,但其负性心理仍普遍存在,尤其是高比例的人存在自杀念头和行为。通过健康干预,能够改善该人群的生命质量。

Survey of homosexual and bisexual males'''' psychology and related condition in China Today

Objective To investigate the psychology and behavior of gay and bisexual males in China today and evaluatethe effect of intervention.Methods Gay/bisexual males in correspondence with the project and under health intervention weresurveyed by posting anonymous questionnaire.Results All the 950 returned questionnaires met the requirements.80.4% of re-sponders were gay,and 19.60% were bisexual.67.3% of them often felt lonely;63.32% were depressed;34.52% had hadsuicide attempt because of sexual orientation;10.63% had committed suicide;92.84% had had oral sex;83.47% had hadanal sex;80.63% had had oral-anal behavior in the past year;10.42% had had first sex;37.53% had had group sex;48.42% had had sex with women.After intervention,97.1% thought the project helped to prompt psychological health;94.55%thought it helped to inprove individual living quality.Conclusion Although the academic circles have changed their view ongay/bisexual persons significantly in China today,the persons in question generally have negative psychology.In particular,most of them had suicide attempt and behavior.Their living condition can be improved by health education.
