| 摘 要： | 本文阐述河南豫西北山区１０个县、市４２个点，２１８１２人的寄生虫感染情况。共查见寄生虫感染者１２３５３例，其感染率为５６．６％。查见寄生虫２１种，其中线虫７种，吸虫３种，绦虫３种和原虫８种。各种寄生虫的感染率分别为蛔虫４０．１％、鞭虫４．３％、钩虫６．９％、蛲虫３１．７％、粪类圆线虫０．０２％、带绦虫０．０３％、微小膜壳绦虫０．０６％、缩小膜壳绦虫０．０６％、华支睾吸虫０．０８％、溶组织内阿米巴２．３％、微小内蜒阿米巴５．０％、布氏嗜碘阿米巴１．０％、哈氏内阿米巴２．３％、贾第虫６．２％、人芽囊原虫２．６％、迈氏唇鞭毛虫０．０２％、肝片吸虫仅在郾师查见。旋毛虫１．４％、斯氏狸殖吸虫２．５％和猪囊尾蚴１．３％。男、女人群的寄生虫感染率分别为５４．１％和５９．１％。

| Abstract: | Forty two pilot spots located in the mountainous areas of 10 counties in Henan Province were randomly selected for stool examination to detect human intestinal parasites. A total of 21 812 stool specimens were examined. Twenty one species of parasites were found during the investigation, including nematodes (7 species), taeniae (3 species), trematodes (3 species) and protozoa (8 species). The overall infection rate in the examined people was 56.6%. |
