血管内皮细胞钙黏蛋白在妊娠期高血压疾病患者血清及胎儿脐血中的表达

摘    要:目的研究妊娠期高血压疾病患者静脉血清及胎儿脐血中血管内皮细胞钙黏蛋白(VE—cadherin)的变化及意义。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)进行VE—cadherin含量测定,采用免疫比浊法检测高敏-C反应蛋白(hs—CLIP)的含量,分别测定90例妊娠期高血压疾病患者(其中妊娠期高血压、轻度子痫前期、重度子痫前期各30例)及30例正常对照组产妇静脉血清及胎儿脐血中VE—cadherin的含量。结果VE—cadherin和hs-CRP在妊娠期高血压疾病组及对照组血清及胎儿脐血中均有表达。VE-cadherin在妊娠期高血压疾病各组血清中含量与对照组血清中的比较,差异有统计学意义(t=7.31、9.82、10.04,均P〈0.05),且重度子痫前期组明显高于轻度子痫前期和妊娠期高血压组(t=7.23、8.95,均P〈0.05);轻度子痫前期组明显高于妊娠期高血压组(t=7.68,P〈0.05)。hs—CRP在妊娠期高血压疾病各组血清中含量与对照组血清中的比较,差异有统计学意义(t=8.64、11.53、15.26,均P〈0.05),且重度子痫前期组明显高于轻度子痫前期和妊娠期高血压组(t=6.53、8.21,均P〈0.05);轻度子痫前期组明显高于妊娠期高血压组(t=8.02,P〈0.05)。妊娠期高血压疾病患者VE—cadherin和hs—CRP含量呈正相关(r=0.60,P〈0.01)。VE—cadherin和hs—CRP在妊娠期高血压疾病各组胎儿脐血中的含量,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论VE—cadherin和hs—CRP的高表达说明妊娠期高血压疾病患者内皮细胞损伤,且VE—cadherin和hs—CRP在损伤过程中起作用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the expression and significance of VE-cadherin in intravenous serum and umbilical cord blood of patients with hypertensive disorders in pregnancy (pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome,PIH). Methods Contents of VE-cadherin in intravenous serum and umbilical cord blood from 90 patients with hypertensive disorders in pregnancy (which were divided into gestational hypertension,mild and severe preectampsia groups each including 30 patients) were detected by enzymelinked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) respectively. Contents of high-sensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) of above were detected by immunoturbidimetry. 30 normal pregnant women were taken as control group. Results VE-cadherin expressed in both patients and controls. Serum contents in patients and controls had significant difference by comparison ( t = 7. 31,9. 82,10.04, all P 〈 0. 05 ). Moreover, there were differences among the contents of three groups (t = 7.23,8. 95,7.68, all P 〈 0. 05 ). hs-CRP expressed in both patients and controls. Serum contents in patients and controls had significant difference by comparison ( t = 8.64, 11.53,15.26, all P 〈 0.05 ). Moreover, there were differences among the contents of three groups ( t = 6. 53,8.21,8.02, all P 〈 0. 05 ). Contents of VE-cadherin and hs-CRP of patients with hypertensive disorders in pregnancy showed a positive correlation ( r = 0. 60, P 〈 0. 01 ). There were no significant differences in contents of VE-cadherin and hs-CRP in umbilical cord blood of patients with hypertensive dis orders inpregnancy in three groups (P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusions The high expression of VE-cadherin and hs- CRP in patients with hypertensive disorders in pregnancy indicates the injury of vascular endothelium cells and VE-cadherin and hs-CRP play a role in the process of injury.
