| 摘 要： | 目的:研究厚朴总酚对高钾、组胺和乙酰胆碱所致气管收缩的抑制作用。方法:采用离体豚鼠气管条法,观察厚朴总酚对离体豚鼠支气管条的直接作用以及对高钾、组胺、乙酰胆碱引起的收缩的对抗作用。结果:厚朴总酚对豚鼠支气管条基础张力无明显作用。能抑制氯化钾、乙酰胆碱、磷酸组胺所诱导气管平滑肌收缩,其作用呈剂量依赖性,3×10-5g/mL厚朴总酚最高分别抑制KCl、Ach、His引起的收缩(95.96±3.02)%、(93.98±4.62)%、(92.15±5.66)%。结论:厚朴总酚对气管平滑肌具有显著舒张作用,其机制与细胞膜上的电压依赖性钙通道及细胞内钙的释放有关系。
