可溶性P-选择素、血小板激活因子与急性脑梗死关系

目的 :探讨P 选择素、血小板激活因子水平变化在急性脑梗死时的意义。方法 :用ELISA法测定 3 0例急性脑梗死及对照组2 0例恢复期脑梗死患者的P 选择素、PAF水平 ,同时测定末梢血白细胞计数、中性粒细胞百分比及计算机体层摄影显示脑梗死面积。结果 :急性脑梗死患者的可溶性P 选择素、血小板激活因子明显增高 ,可溶性P 选择素、血小板激活因子水平与末梢血白细胞计数、中性粒细胞百分比、急性脑梗死的面积呈正相关。结论 :可溶性P 选择素、血小板激活因子是急性脑梗死病情监测和预后的指标

The Soluble P-selectin and Plasma Platelet Activating Factor in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

Aim:To discuss the significance of plasma level changes P selectin and platelet activating factor(PAF) in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods:The plasma levels of P selection and platelet activating factor were measured among acute cerebral infarction ( n =30) and control group(recovery stage cerebral infarction)( n =20) by ELISA;WBC,N%,cerebral infarction area were also measured. Results:The plasma levels of P selectin and PAF were much higher in the acute cerebral infarction than the control group( P <0.01). There was a correlation between plasma level of P selectin or platelet activating factor and the ischemic area of acute cerebral infarction. Conclusion:Plasma level of P selectin of platelet activating factor might be an important indicator to observe the changes and the prognosis of disease.
