乳腺癌改良根治术中保留肋间臂神经的临床意义

目的：探讨乳腺癌手术中保留肋间臂神经（ICBN）的临床价值。方法：收集我院72例乳腺癌患者并随机分成两组（ICBN保留组及ICBN非保留组）,比较两种患者手术时间、术后上肢皮肤感觉异常、术后24月的复发率。结果：ICBN保留组及ICBN非保留组在手术时间上差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;上肢感觉异常差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;随访24个月,72例患者均未出现腋下和胸臂转移、复发。结论：乳腺癌改良根治术中,保留肋间臂神经术式能减少术后患者上肢感觉异常,而不增加手术时间及术后复发率。

The Clinical Significance of Preserving the Intercostobrachial Nerve in Modified Radical Mastectomy

Objective：To explore the clinical value of preservation the intercostobrachial nerve （ICBN） in breast cancer surgery.Method：72 patients in our hospital with breast cancer were randomly divided into two groups （ICBN preservation group and ICBN non-preservation group）.They were compared in operation time,upper extremity paresthesias,postoperative recurrence rate.Result：There was no significant difference between ICBN preservation group and ICBN non-preservation group in operation time（P 0.05）.But there was statistically significant difference in extremity paresthesias.Follow-up of 24 months,72 patients had not metastasis and recurrence in axillary and chest.Conclusion：The modified radical mastectomy,The preservation of ICBN can reduce upper extremity paresthesias,without increasing the operative time and postoperative recurrence rate.
