P-gp和VEGF在胃癌中的表达及意义

目的：探讨P-粘蛋白（P-gp）和血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）在胃癌中的表达及意义。方法：应用免疫组织化学染色S-P法，检测93例胃癌中的P-gp及VEGF的表达。结果：P-gp与VEGF在胃癌组织中的表达率均有非常显著性差别（P〈0．01），P-gp的表达与肿瘤淋巴结转移（P〈0．01）及浸润程度有显著性差别（P〈0．05），高分化与中、低分化有显著性差别（P〈0．05），中低分化组之间无显著性差别（P〉0．05），VEGF与肿瘤的浸润程度、淋巴结的转移有关（P〈0．01），与肿瘤的分化程度、组织学分型、病理分型无关。结论：P-gp及VEGF在胃癌中的过表达，可以作为胃癌转移几率增加、预后不良的标志物。

The Expression and Its Significances of P-gp and VEGF Protein in Gastric Cancer

Objective： To characterize the feature of expression and its significances of P - gp and VEGF pro- tein in gastric cancer. Methods： Expression of P - gp and VEGF protein in 93 cases of gastric cancer was measured by immunohistochemistry（S -P）method. Results：The expression rate of P - gp in gastric cancer was significantly higher than that in healthy gastric tissue（ P 〈 0.01 ）. The expression rate of P - gp in poorly differentiated gastric cancer was significantly higher than that in moderate differentiated and well differentiated gastric cancer （P 〈 0.05 ） ; The over expression of P - gp was correlated to depth of invasion of cancer（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions： Hyper - expression of P - gp and VEGF protein positively may be helpful to mark high lymph node metastasis probability and bad prognosis in gastric cancer.
