腹腔镜辅助阴式子宫切除术与开腹子宫切除术的对比分析

目的：探讨腹腔镜辅助阴式子宫切除术与开腹子宫切除术的对比。方法：研究该院在2014年8月至2015年8月期间收治的80例子宫切除术患者，分为对照组和观察组各40例，其中对照组运用开腹手术，观察组运用腹腔镜阴式手术，分析两组患者手术效果差异。结果：在手术时间、手术出血量、术后肛门排气时间、住院时长、术后疼痛评分上，观察组低于对照组，P ＜0．05；在并发症率上，观察组为5％，对照组为12．5％，两组差异显著（P ＜0．05）。结论：在子宫切除术中运用腹腔镜阴式手术方式处理可以减少手术损伤，加快术后恢复，降低术后疼痛，提升手术效果。

Comparative anglysis of laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy and open hy sterectomy

Objective:Comparative analysis of laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy and abdominal hysterectomyTo investigate the laparoscopically as-sisted vaginal hysterectomy compared with the abdominal hysterectomy.Methods:80 cases of uterine surgery were divided into control group and observation group 40 cases,the effect of differences between two groups were analyzed.Results:The operative time,blood loss,postoperative anal exhaust time,when long hospital stay,postoperative pain rate,the complication rate of the observation group than the control group,P <0.05.Conclusions:Laparoscopic vaginal hysterectomy sur-gery can improve surgical results.
