抗生素对附件炎性包块患者的临床治疗效果观察

目的：探讨抗生素应用于附件炎性包块治疗对疗效的影响。方法：99例盆腔附件炎性包块患者，随机分为 A 组、B 组和 C 组三组，各33例。A 组常规予以抗生素治疗，B 组予以千金片治疗，C 组予以抗生素联合千金片治疗，对比三组的疗效。结果：C 组的痊愈率和总有效率显著高于 A组及 B 组，包块显著小于 A 组和 B 组（P ＜0．05）。结论：抗生素治疗附件炎性包块具有一定的疗效，配合中药调理能够显著提高治愈率及有效率。

Clinical effect of Antibiotic in treatment of patients with annex inflammatory mass

Objective:To investigate the effect of Antibiotic in treatment of patients with annex inflammatory mass.Methods:99 cases of patients with annex inflammatory mass were randomly divided into three groups of group A,group B and group C,each of33 cases.Group A received antibiotics treatment,group B re-ceived Qianjin tablets treatment,group C received antibiotics combined with Qianjin tablets treatment,the clinical efficacy of the three groups were compared.Results:The cure rate and total effective rate of group C were significantly higher than group A and group B,and the enclosed mass was significantly lower than group A and group B (P <0.05).Conclusions:Antibiotic in treatment of annex inflammatory mass has a certain effect,combined with traditional Chi-nese medicine can significantly improve the cure rate and efficiency.
