Abstract: | Objective:To analyze the clinical effects of transurethral resection of the prostate in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods:76 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia and who accepted treatments were taken as the research objects,and these patients were randomly divided into the con-trol group(38 cases)and the observation group(38 cases)according to the different operation mode.In the control group,they were treated with open operation while in the observation group,on the basis of the treatment in the control group,they were treated with the transurethral resection of the prostate.Then,the clinical effect of the two groups were observed and compared.Results:After treatment the Q -max,PVR,IPSS in the observation group respectively,which were better than those in the control group,and the difference had statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusions:The clinical effect of transurethral resection of prostate in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia are significantly,which can improve the patients of clinical symptoms and it have the advantages of less trauma,shorter operative time,less blood loss,rapid recovery,and so on,thus should be promoted in the clinical application. |
