经尿道等离子双极电切术治疗良性前列腺增生的临床效果

目的：分析经尿道等离子双极电切术治疗良性前列腺增生的临床效果。方法：随机抽取良性前列腺增生患者76例作为研究对象，按手术方式的不同，分为对照组（38例）和观察组（38例），对照组行开放性手术治疗，观察组行经尿道等离子双极电切术治疗，观察对比两组患者的临床效果。结果：观察组治疗后的 Q －max、IPSS、PVR 等指标均优于对照组（P ＜0．05）。结论：对良性前列腺增生患者采用经尿道前列腺电切术治疗的临床效果显著，改善患者的临床症状，具有创伤小、手术时间短、术中出血量少、术后恢复快等优点，值得在临床中推广使用。

Clinical effect of transurethral resection of the prostate in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia

Objective:To analyze the clinical effects of transurethral resection of the prostate in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods:76 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia and who accepted treatments were taken as the research objects,and these patients were randomly divided into the con-trol group(38 cases)and the observation group(38 cases)according to the different operation mode.In the control group,they were treated with open operation while in the observation group,on the basis of the treatment in the control group,they were treated with the transurethral resection of the prostate.Then,the clinical effect of the two groups were observed and compared.Results:After treatment the Q -max,PVR,IPSS in the observation group respectively,which were better than those in the control group,and the difference had statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusions:The clinical effect of transurethral resection of prostate in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia are significantly,which can improve the patients of clinical symptoms and it have the advantages of less trauma,shorter operative time,less blood loss,rapid recovery,and so on,thus should be promoted in the clinical application.
