| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨肝动脉化疗栓塞术(TACE)后序贯应用三维适行放射治疗(3DCRT)治疗不能手术切除的原发性肝癌的临床价值。方法:60例不能手术的原发性肝癌患者随机分为两组,实验组(n=30)行TACE术3次后,序贯3DCRT;对照组(n=30)仅给予TACE术3次。结果:实验组、对照组近期瘤体缩小率分别为83.3%(25/30)和56.7%(17/30),两组具有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗后实验组、对照组血清AFP下降率分别为100%(30/30)和96.6%(29/30),两组无统计学差异(P>0.05);1年、2年累积生存率实验组分别是80%(24/30)和46.6%(14/30),对照组分别是53.3%(16/30)和26.6%(8/30)。结论:TACE联合3DCRT治疗原发性肝癌其近期、远期疗效优于单纯TACE。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of combined transcatheter arterial chemoembolization(TACE) and three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy(3DCRT) for primary hepatocellular carcinoma(PHCC) that could not be operated.Methods: Sixty cases of PHCC were divided into 2 groups as 30 cases treated with a combination of TACE and 3DCRT and the other 30 with TACE.Results:The percentage of TSR(PR MR) was 83.3% in the treated group and 56.7% in the control group.The difference was significant(P<0.05).The percentage of AFP declined was 100% in the treated group and 96.6% in the control group.The difference wasn`t significant(P>0.05).The cumulate survival rate of 1 year and 2 years in the treated group were 80%(24/30),46.6%(14/30) and 53.3%(16/30),26.6%(8/30) in the control group respectively.Conclusion:The clinical effect of TACE combined with 3DCRT is more positive than that of single TACE in the near future. |
