潜艇人员旋转刺激后眼震电图检查及其应用价值

摘    要:对晕船、不晕船现役潜艇人员各30名做旋转后眼震电图检查。结果表明:晕船组前庭性眼震的慢相角速度均值及总值都比不晕船组高,两者比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。晕船组的后相眼震发生率高、发生次数多,与不晕船组相比较有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。晕船组后相眼震的慢相角速度总值高、持续时间长,与不晕船组比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。作者认为上述结果为将该项检查实际应用于筛选潜艇人员提供了依据。

Abstract:ENG has been used extensively in aviation medicine,yet not so in nautical medicine. As there are still no good method to screen out the seasick-sensitive subjects during the recruitment and training of submariners,a great deal of human and material resources have been wasted.We took advantage of ENG which can reflect the vestibular function and used it to check seasick sensitive(n =30)and non- sensitive(n=30)submariners in service after rotatory stimulation. The results showed that both the mean values and total values of slow phase angular velocity of vestibular nystagmus in seasick group were significantly greater than those in non-seasick group(P<0.05).The occurence rate of secondary phase nystagmus in seasick group was 80%(24/30),and that in non-seasick group was 43%(13/30). The person times of secondary phase nystagmus in seasick group was 60%(36/60),and that in non- seasick group was 25%(15/60).In the seasick group,there were 12 persons(40%)produced sec- ondary phase nystagmus after left and right rotatory stimulation with but only 2 persons(6.6%)in the non-seasick group.The total numbers and total values of secondary phase nystagmus in seasick group were significantly higher than those in non-seasick group(P<0.01).The duration of secondary phase nystagmus in seasick group was also longer than that in non-seasick group (P<0.05).It is considered that these results may provide reliable basis for the practical application of ENG in screening of subma- rine candidates.
