| 摘 要： | 目的体外研究趋化因子受体CXCR4在骨髓间充质于细胞中的表达情况。方法体外培养大鼠骨髓基质细胞，构建CXCR4腺病毒表达载体，采用Western blotting对骨髓基质细胞的CXCR4受体表达水平进行检测。结果骨髓间充质干细胞能高表达CXCR4蛋白。结论CXCR4蛋白在骨髓间充质干细胞高表达，为进一步研究SDF-1／CXCR4轴介导BMSCs在肝脏选择性归巢打下基础。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the expression of CXC chemokine receptor-4 （CXCR4） in bone mesenchymal stem cells. Methods Bone mesenchymal stromal stem cells （BMSCs） of rats were cultured in vitro, adenovirus vecto of CXCR4 was constructed and the expression level of CXCR4 receptor of BMSCs was tested by western blot. Results BMSCs can express CXCR4 and the positive ratio was high. Conclusion The high ratio of expression laid foundations for the further study in the effect of stromal cell-derived factor-1/CXCR4 （SDF- 1/CXCR4） axis on bone mesenchymal stem cell homing to liver. |
