局部氨基酮戊酸-光动力疗法联合CO_2激光治疗跖疣

目的比较CO2激光与局部氨基酮戊酸-光动力疗法(ALA-PDT)联合CO2激光治疗跖疣的疗效。方法跖疣患者70例,随机分成两组,每组35例。治疗组采用ALA-PDT联合CO2激光治疗,对照组仅采用CO2激光治疗。随访6个月,观察疗效和不良反应。结果治疗组痊愈17例、显效13例、进步4例、无效1例;对照组痊愈7例、显效14例、进步10例、无效4例。两组痊愈率和有效率比较差异有显著意义(P0.05)。随访6个月,治疗组复发2例(5.7%),对照组复发11例(31.4%),差异有非常显著意义(P0.01)。治疗组较对照组不良反应较轻。结论 ALA-PDT联合CO2激光治疗跖疣疗效优于单纯CO2激光治疗,不良反应轻,而且复发率明显降低。

Efficacy of Topical 5-Aminolevulinic Acid Photodynamic Therapy Combined with CO2 Laser for Treatment of Plantar Warts

Objective To compare the efficacy of CO2 laser alone and topical 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy（5-ALA-PDT） combined with CO2 laser for the treatment of plantar warts.Methods Totally 70 patients with plantar warts were randomly divided into 2 groups,sex matched control group was made.The treatment group was treated with topical 5-ALA-PDT combined with CO2 laser,and the control group was treated with CO2 laser only.The efficacy and the adverse reaction were evaluated after the following 6 months.Results In the treatment group,17 cases were cured,13 had marked effect,4 were effective and 1 had no effect vs 7,14,10 and 4 cases in the control group.The cure rate and the total efficary rate were significantly higher in the treatment group than that in the control group（P0.05）.Two cases in the treatment group suffered from local recurrence（5.7%） and 11 cases in the control group suffered from local recurrence（31.4%）in the following 6 months.The recurrence rate was significantly higher in the control treatment group than that in the treatment group（P0.01）.It had less adverse reaction in the treatment group.Conclusions Topical 5-ALA-PDT combined with CO2 laser is more effective than CO2 laser alone for the treatment of plantar warts.It has less adverse reaction and can reduce the recurrence risk.
