车载野战医院在亚运会综合保障演练中的应用研究

通过武警总医院参与亚运会大型活动的卫勤保障演练活动，分析亚运会等大型活动卫勤保障的特点，提出了军队医院执行卫勤保障任务的组织实施办法，研制出适合应对突发事件、大型活动卫勤保障、现场救护的轻型车载野战医院，共有8个车组成，具备数字化卫勤指挥、现场急救-移动医院分类处理-后送当地医院专科治疗的三级阶段救治能力，实现快速反应、高效救治的院外应急保障。对非战争军事行动中军队医院担负卫勤保障的指挥、协同和救援提供经验参考。

Applicable analysis on mobile field hospital's functionalities in the comprehensive support drill for the Asian Games

Through reviewing the medical support drills for the Asian Games which involved the general hospital, the major event features for its medical support need were figured out. Therefore, a strategic medical support inlplementation plan was created especially for unexpected incident and major event. It includes a light mobile field hospital composed of eight vehicles carrying following features： digital medical support commanding system, capabilities of field rescue and first aid, classification and transferring. Simultaneously, it aims at rapid response and efficient treatment implementation. Tire plan also serves as a valuable reference for medical support in commanding, coordination and rescue for military hospitals＇ action in non-military events.
