Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of visual laryngoscope in tracheal intubation under general anesthesia.Methods:A total of 90 patients with general anesthesia and tracheal intubation admitted to our hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the number table method,they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group used direct laryngoscopy,and the observation group used visual laryngoscopy.Glottis exposure time,cricoid compression times,tracheal intubation time,one-time intubation success rate and complication rate were used in the two groups.Results:The glottal exposure time(4.35±1.68)s of the observation group was less than that of the control group(7.11±1.24)s,and the number of cricoid cartilage pressings(11.52±2.41)was less than that of the control group(18.35±2.36).The time of tracheal intubation(8.58±1.54)s was less than that of the control group(13.65±2.17)s,and the data was input into the statistical software for testing,which showed a significant difference(P<0.05);the success rate of one-time intubation in the observation group was 97.78%higher than that of the control group(82.22%),and the complication rate of 6.67%was lower than that of the control group(26.67%).The data was input into the statistical software and the test showed a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of visual laryngoscope in general anesthesia tracheal intubation can clearly show the glottis and throat structure and ensure the effect of intubation.
