| Abstract: | Objective To study the effects of steaming and soaking on the active ingredient of Sizhi Yimucao.Methods The water soluble extract,hydrochloric stachyine and hydrochloric leonurine of Sizhi Yimucao which were processed by different methods were detected according to the methods of Chinese Pharmacopoeia.Results The water soluble extract of Sizhi Yimucao which was soaked was increased.The content of hydrochloric stachyine of Sizhi Yimucao which was steamed was decreased and the hydrochloric leonurine was obviously decreased.The content of hydrochloric stachyine and hydrochloric leonurine of Sizhi Yimucao which was soaked were obviously decreased.Conclusion The content of hydrochloric stachyine and hydrochloric leonurine of Sizhi Yimucao which was steamed and soaked was decreased. |
